Camp Fees
For 1 Child with Type 1 Diabetes and 1 Guardian:
- $10 membership fee to become a member of Diabetes Incorporated (one per family, regardless of the number of diabetic children).
- $50 registration fee for each child with type 1 diabetes and their guardian.
- This fee will be returned in the form of a check at camp.
- If you cancel less than three weeks before camp or do not show up, the fee is forfeited.
- These charges are non-negotiable.
- As camp is free for a child and their guardian, we do not offer scholarships for the registration or membership fees.
- All fees are due at the time of registration to reserve your spot.
For 1 Child with Type 1 Diabetes, 1 Guardian, and Additional Family Members:
- $100 fee for each additional family member (children 3 and under are free).
- $10 membership fee per family.
- You do not need to pay the $50 registration fee since the total amount for extra members covers it.
- If you cancel more than three weeks before camp, we will reimburse your total.
- If you cancel less than three weeks before camp, we will deduct $50, and you will receive the remaining amount.
- All fees are due at the time of registration.
- We do not offer scholarships for additional family members.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel before July 19, 2025, you will receive all fees back.
- If you cancel after July 19, 2025, you will not receive any fees back.
